With fish being landed by our day boats at all hours. This allows us to pack and prepare your fish just how you like and get it on the way to you hours after coming off the boat.
All our smoked fish comes from smokehouses ran by a Local Family, still using traditional methods, using their own cut oak chips which gives our smoked products a unique distinctive taste.
Mersea Island is famous for its local oysters. Oysters have been cultivated here since roman times.
We also have a selection of wild and rope grown live mussels depending on season and large diver scallops and a range of prawns.
